LOVE

Greetings. It is with much Love and joy that we are here connecting.   Imagine yourself in a state of Love. What does that mean to you, Love?   Not just an excitement from one part of you, like the joy that your inner child can find sometimes, playing.   Imagine a Love in which you are an open receptacle for this Love, that you are an open presence, an open conductor, to receive and return that Love.   For we suggest that truly to be in the state of Love, the receiving comes first and the returning, or giving, the flow that follows.  

And so for many of you who do not feel they know this state of Love in their lives, we suggest that by opening yourself to the vulnerability that is necessary to receive first, this is your way to attain that state of being.   And that to be in that state of vulnerability there needs to be trust and surrendering to trust, opening to vulnerability beyond any imaginings.   Indeed, a baring of your soul.   And do you have the courage it takes, the strength that it takes to be vulnerable?

It is as though to be in this most blissful state of Love, you have to exercise all of your capabilities, qualities of soul beyond your imaginings.   So it is no wonder that this state of blissful Love is not often experienced in your realms.  So we ask you, would you like to experience this?   Would you feel joy and fulfilment from the core of your being, to exist even for a moment in this state of expandedness?

And this state of being activates the you that knows its origins, the you that knows its Divinity, the you that has all the potential for bringing heaven to earth.   So imagine an unfolding of yourself, as though your energy field of subtle bodies and physical body opens now, rearranging itself.  Imagine that you are making space within your own energy field and within your physical body at the same time.

And within this unfolding you feel the waves of relaxation as your shoulders move to open out your heart area as you become aware of the flow of energy through your physical body.   And touch your energy field beneath your feet, to open that up also, as though you have a magic touch where your awareness is placed.   The energy moves as your awareness acts like a magic wand, drawing a circle beneath you that shines brightly in a golden light, and opens up a shaft, an energetic shaft, that connects your energy field into the Earth.   And above your head, touch the magic wand of your awareness and see the sparkles that touch as this line of light energy is ignited, to open up your connection to your guidance, your higher self, your counsellors, angelic beings, whoever you can perceive is working with you.

And this spiralling flow of energy with colours unimaginable as well as imaginable that comes into you, into both your physical body and your energy field at the same time, encompassing you in this richness, this abundance of energy, caressing you, nurturing you, as you allow yourself to be a conductor for this Divine energy flowing into you and through you and to the Earth.   Down the shaft at the bottom of your energy field into the Earth, into the centre, there to ignite a Love, a connection from your own being to the being of this lovely lady Gaia.

And you can draw this energy that she offers you in return back into your energy field as it spirals its way up this shaft, filling your energy field, surrounding you so you may feel your energy field growing in the state of awareness.   And however you perceive the Source of all creation, the Divine Love, the Heavenly Mother and Father, God, Goddess, All That Is. 

Imagine that you have prepared the way for yourself now so that you may trust and surrender, feeling the strength rising inside you, the courage for this adventure, as you ask now to know that source of Love

I trust.  Say these words from inside your heart, from inside your true self, your sacred self, I trust.   I surrender to that trust and I feel my strengths, I feel my courage, to be vulnerable so that I may open to receive this Love from the source of creation.   And using your inner eye, sense that you have called in this presence of Universal Love.   Sense this love sitting just outside the boundaries of your  perception at the moment, and it is there.   It is with you.   Your prayers are answered.   You only have to call.   Imagine yourself as your true self standing in the presence of this Love, and that true self is the core of light deep inside your being.

And to be in a state of blissful Love you need to imagine that all the other you's you know, even the physical body and all your subtle bodies, your whole energy field, your aura, the bubble of light that is you, that to feel the presence, to allow this blissful Love to touch and merge with the sacred you.   You need to open as though you can put your arms out around and touch palms of your hands in front of you with arms outstretched, fingertips aligning with the source of Universal Love that has come to you today, thumbs upwards.   And to make this gesture of opening to be able to receive more, separate the palms of your hands, separate the touch of your fingertips, and move back, your arms making this gesture as though you are baring your soul to the soul of the Divine, until your arms are outstretched at the side of your body, palms turned upwards now, in this gesture of being open to receive.

And feel the vulnerability that you feel, holding this intention with your strength and courage, to be this vulnerable, to invite in this state of Love to come to you.   And as this state of Love indeed comes to you.    Comes to you indeed, embracing, filling your soul, filling your heart - allow your arms to rest back down at your sides with your palms upwards in surrender, in the surrender to Love, to blissfulness, to your being in this state of Love.  

And how long can you remain vulnerable to receive this love?

Until it becomes almost unbearable, uncomfortable, for you are not used to this sense of being so open, of being so at one in Love.   We suggest you try this exercise as often as you like, and certainly any time you are feeling separated from your own Divinity, from Source.

Even if you begin this exercise in the state where you feel you can't trust, that to feel open and vulnerable would be too much, we suggest you go through these motions however you are feeling.   If you persevere, even through the times of emotional conflict, of mental harassment from parts of yourself, that you will be able to feel Love that is more than you and also you, when you ask to be in that state.

For this Love is the Love that changes everything.   This is the true Love that you have dreamed of, that you have sought in so many ways to recreate in your life, from fellow companions, lovers, animals.  And indeed, touching into this state of Divine Love will allow you to give, to return this pure love to the others in your life, the ones that you have turned to, the situations that you have created in your life.   So that you may say "I Love you" to your children, your family, and to return to them Divine Love.  

Unconditional Love can flow through you at any time, it is limitless and indeed is the abundance of the Universe.   This is the Love that changes everything.   This is the Love that brings joy and harmony and ease.   This is the Love that multiplies other loves, allows growth and nurturance everywhere it is.

Welcome to this state of Divine Love.

SURRENDER INTO JOY

This is Kathleen at Rhynie on 15th April 1996

Greetings to you.   This is Zetin Nab and the Emissaries of Oneness.   We greet you in joyous greetings this evening, joyous for this greater form which you embody now having burst the skin of an eagle as it has been in control, and having surrendered that to Divine will, that this Divine will be!   So it is indeed with much joy that we are with you in this greater form, for we feel more togetherness, more a bonding, as your energies become unlimited and reach out to ours.   We have more of a communal area to share, to share the unlimitedness of our beings, to share more in the universality of beingness in Love and in that light that ignites creation.

For you are becoming more and more this magical self of you, the one that wears the magicians cloak of light dancing, of light playing, and you were right indeed to say that more than being a healer you are a magician - a magician of light and colour and energy that bonds greater parts of you together in this work, in this sensing.  And as all these less human skills are developing in you, side by side with your usage of the light body as a tool, your capacities to sense energy magnify and multiply.   And so do your capacities to draw into you what you need in this life.   For that is what it is, to draw in, seeing every single thing on this Earth plane as a tool to further your work of being this magician, allowing others to become aware of the magic in their lives, the magic of an existence beyond their conscious mind, to reconnect with a self that knows this in them, to find that joy and knowing that of course there is more to life than what can so easily be perceived on the physical plane. 

So let us share in your celebration and congratulate you for your becoming!   And there are so many things we can do now together.   It is a matter of choosing for already you have sensed that there is more to learn about God, and also about the potentials of your essence self.   And we will connect with you later, go to your little one. (Amethyst needing attention.)

We greet you again with joy and with light.   And come with us now into your essence self again, transcending through that passageway which you feel, following the familiar journey to the place of the pyramids, linking in now to the gardens of your essence self, the gardens of abundance, sensing everywhere the colour, the fragrances, the atmosphere of harmony as all these expressions of life grow like plants and flowers, feeling their unity of being.   And move through the pathways, past the sculptures and fountains, and in through an archway to a world, a garden.   And there in the centre there is a circle of beings all gathered around what could be a table, a circular table, and sense them now from your heart light.   All these ones who have gathered here to commune with you!   Let them greet you, allowing them to take any energetic form as appropriate for now.   You will sense this one that you knew well who is like a vibrant green shaft, a stick as you have often called him, and the other bluish crescent which seems to have a sphere, and together they are one as an energetic form.   And then another two in one as it seems, like a male-female counterpart together, in tandem, in a red-orange hue, almost shaped like a very abstract go-cart.   This may seem like a strange image to you, yet it is a form that can show themselves to you.   And then another whose essence is more black and silver together.   And they are tall, long shapes.   And then another shape which is like a central bud encased in leaves of yellow and a very high, clear green with circular swirls around the central core.   You know these ones.   And another of the bluish hue whose blue changes from a darker to a light, and whose shape can become like a branch with many leaves off it, or be more contained or solid with colour, or more spread out in form - this one is ever changing.   And they are here for you to join them and they invite you here.   And see yourself now - what form do you take?   You realise now that your form is not a human form… that you have the presence of a sphere, and with a more geometrical body, and an energy around you like a cloak, a lot of yellow there and white.

And now let this communication begin, for you are here to join hands, so to speak, with these other ones, to bring your energies all together, that you may sit and hold a focus for the greatest good that is in the Universe to be with you to allow you to complete your project.   And you all stand in union together as a new alliance is made.   This is an updating of commitment, of Universal commitment and souls’ growth for the group of souls to which you belong.   And you are giving them the gift of your senses on the Earth plane in return for the gift of their senses for you to use on the Earth plane.   And they will be able to read the information you carry about your fellow humans.   (long pause…) 

And that is enough for now, you have exchanged, so say farewell to them all.   And now we will guide you back after this communion.   You'll come here again in your dream state.   So back along the path to the archway, through the gardens and back down the tube that connects you into this plane, through the place of the pyramids, and come back now to find yourself here.

Greetings. You now know who is working through you. It is I, Moses, with many others, but for myself to connect with you. This way is very different from before. You have been given the Keys of Enoch; the keys which hold all that is to be unlocked, to bring through this form of initiation into knowing the wisdom, into being a greater presence here. All those that you work with will be attracted to you for this reason and you are to trust that each thing you do is guided so totally by us. We - there are twelve of us - are here to make our presence more and more felt on the Earth plane. We have much work to do, through you and many others, and the opening up of this particular channel for our work is one which allows us another important geographical location to work through and in.

There are many from your part of the Earth who are waiting for this. The project of Earth healing, which you are to embark on, allows the Earth itself to come into its being at this particular time, the way she wishes to fully express herself. And the ones which will work through you will guide you every step of the way with this project of the seven crystal mandalas for the Northeast of Scotland, to bring in and align the Earth with star systems which connect up with energies led by us, and to touch into the hearts of the people themselves, to awaken this old eternal remembering of soul. We are aware we need to stabilise more and more in your energy field to be of assistance and this will come. We will take time to stabilise in the way that we wish, and this allows us a more true through-connection to the people that we wish to touch on the Earth. All the multitudes of living beings and consciousness all know us. Allow yourself to surrender more. We will connect again later, at a later time, this way. (end)

Greetings to you. I greet you in joy and light and I thank you for allowing this space.

Each one of you hold an energy field which allows myself and others. Each one of you to open up your ...?... to the ones that come from Arcturus and ...?... for the four of you at the present time ...?... The energy field of many masters travelled to the Earth and this is the same as the energies of the group that you are involved with. The gathering of ones such as yourselves to commit themselves in service, and we applaud your commitment and your trust for your conscious knowing, .. ?. . with a oneness like ourselves who can assemble at a gathering such as this. There are many dimensions of being who are drawn to your gathering and you have had experience of some of them. I do not come alone. There are the others that are with me now that come from Lyra, and you may feel their presence .. ?... each one of you, for each one of you has a corresponding being or beings from this realm. As is true of many others and yet for you who are here, we are closer to you in being able to merge our vibrational frequencies so that we may enjoy extending new perceptions to the ones that stand beside you and above you. And each one of us greatly appreciates this contact, this presence of ourselves ...? .. Each one of us has been known as presences on the Earth, myself as Moses to lead people to the promised land. And so nothing much has changed, only ...?...though the definition for this time has changed greatly for my work in service. .?... promised land ...?... And now I am here to lead those who answer the call along the road of travelling which passes through many things, for I .. ?. of source ...others will speak now too…

THE EMISSARIES OF ONENESS

Greetings to you from the Emissaries of Oneness. We are here to clearly state our intentions that we come in Love and to state our mission of Love, so that all that we do, all that we each are and all that we show you, may be seen in this larger picture.   It is all through Love of the Divine Source, the central sun, in our universe and yours, so that we may all know that spark of Divinity within us.

And we come to share.   We come as a group of beings from many different origins and yet ultimately all the same origin, for each one of us has the journey of birth from the spark of the Divine and in the knowingness of that Love, of that intense light, to which we all feel connected, the reason for our being. And so we, like you, in searching for the reason for our being, find that it is in holding the space of Love that we may understand and know ourselves.

For each consciousness that is birthed from the Divine Source of Love is free to expand, to attract, to be a formation of energies in lesser and more dense form. And all of us as the Emissaries of Oneness have many stories to tell of our journeys and of our connection to source and of knowingness.   For this one too, we all see ourselves as representatives of Divine Energy and that by our existence we allow that Love, that light, that energy, to have more expression, to know more about itself.

And so within this larger framework let us assure you all, that we come here so that you may know yourselves, so that you may find and awaken within you your own connection to Source, that God within you.   And to tell of our journeys, of our existence in other dimensions, so that the you that you perceive may grow and expand to encompass more of yourself, more of your own memories, more connections with your brothers and sisters who have travelled by your side, of ones that you know who are familiar to you, ones that you have known through incarnations and ones that you know through your time when you are not incarnate.

And all of these memories lie within you, lie to be encoded, to awaken at the time you choose, for it is ones like ourselves who are the voice which says it is now the time to awaken. And we are the ones that you have asked to call you when the time is right. This was the arrangement that was made between us all and so we have much joy and delight to whisper in your ear, to send you messages, to stimulate the cellular memories that you have, to come in at the time, to be in alignment with your higher self, so that your life purpose may unfold.

Awakening is about this; about this journey of discovery, of healing, of integration, of gathering up fragmented parts of yourself that you may hold and stabilise them here in your now, that you may consciously clear the energies which you set out to do in this lifetime, to unravel the ties and bonds of energies that are less than Love.   By less than Love we mean those emotions, those entrappings which come from incarnation, bonding with others to whom you retain these karmic ties.   And so much has changed in the Earth's history over the last two decades, so much releasing of these karmic ties.  And for some of you expanding out to know more of your greater whole, you'll find it easier as you learn more about your journey, as you are ready to consciously receive the details of who you are, as you release fears which hold you away from the space of Love. And it can be easy!

There is so much help available to each one of you to allow you to realise that you may grow without the pain and the struggle and the conflict; that growth can be joyous and with an open heart, a heart that has been healed and made whole; that you may love the opportunity of each day of your life; that you may find that enthusiasm within you for life, enthusiasm, the God spark within.

It is this enthusiasm that allows the unfolding of the next step.   And along your journey you can discover instead of pain and struggle, you can discover the gifts of who you are, of the greater being that is you. When you choose to accept yourself as who you are right now in the present moment, you are signalling more help and assistance for you, which will come and take you further on your path.   Imagine the joys of being able to look at everything in your life as a gift, beginning with the greatest gift of all - your life itself.    You have been given it to be who you are, a unique individual which makes up part of the greater plan, the greater whole.   And by looking at each situation in your life without judgement through the eyes of your soul, you will begin to see clearly the illusions around you that you have surrounded yourself with. The illusion of wealth, the illusion of poverty, the illusion of lesser faculties at your disposal, of handicaps, of illness, of conditions in your life, the circumstances of your life.   And by asking to see your life through the eyes of your soul you can see clearly, without judgement on yourself and others, the why's, the wherefore's. 

For know that you have chosen it all, and you have chosen it to learn and to grow.   And you will learn and grow anyway, it is natural, but by awakening to your true self, to the you that is in connection with the Heavenly Mother, Heavenly Father, the All That Is, your learning and growing may come to you through Love with ease, with elegance.   We see so many of you in your chosen life circumstances not wishing to be fully present, of already from being a young one, a baby, a child, a grown teenager, that you have chosen not to be fully incarnate, not until your moment of awakening to your sense of soul and spirit.   It is common for those who have conditions in their life - physical conditions, emotional conditions, mental conditions, whatever - it is common for you not to be fully present in your life, almost as though you have fear of bearing great pain if you come into your own at any moment.   And so it is easier for those of you who feel this way to not live your life fully being here, for as we perceive you, you only have access to a very small potential of your own energies.   The rest of you has withdrawn.   The rest of you is still there, we assure you of that, but we also see how, for some of you, you choose to not experience your life fully, as though if you were to take your awareness fully down and into your physical body, that you would feel you are being squeezed and squashed into a vehicle that is not quite the right shape for you.   And yet all this means is that there is clearing that needs to be done in the lower three chakras and in the heart, to allow your spirit to come in fully into your body. 

And so it is as simple as this; that if you feel you are not allowing yourself to be present in each moment of every day of your lives, then you have a choice to awaken and grow and surrender yourself to the inevitable; that you have a reason for being here, that you can make sense of it all, that you can comprehend and understand the reasons why.... the why of your choosing.

There are many talented healers who can assist in this process, those who work with clearing emotional issues, fear and negativity of all kinds.   It is your choice to say,

 "I would love a life of joy and clarity.   I would love to feel I can participate more in my life, that I'm not running away or hiding myself or masking my true self in layers of illusion, for I know I am not here purely to find this life a struggle, to find myself stressed in anguish and pain.   I can grow in Love.   I can heal myself.   I can ask for help in my healing.   I will attract to me those that can assist me, I will attract to me all the circumstances in my life that take me that next step further, and I ask that I am more consciously aware of who I am, of myself as an energetic being, and learn to take care of this energetic being that is me".  

You are used to feeding and giving fluid to the physical body and we encourage you to take care of your emotional body in, the same way, being familiar with it in the same way you are in the way you look as a physical being.   How does your emotional body look to you?   Have you ever thought that you can sense how you are? 

You can become familiar with your energy field and how it is and learn ways of balancing, of clearing, of cleaning, stabilising and reaching up to bring in the brightest of lights to assist you in becoming a more illumined human being.   And getting to know your mental body, not for how much it can control your life, your thoughts, but for how much it can help you connect with the Universal mind, so that you may know wisdom, you may experience wisdom and truth as your own. And yes, as much as the emotional body needs clearing, so does the mental body. And you can learn to take care of these other subtle bodies that are you and to connect them all with your spiritual body with its finer vibrations, its loving energy, to bring all into alignment so that you may be more fully here in every moment of every day, so you may be a clear and conscious channel for the true you, so you may take delight in the expression of life that you are, as we do, for also we are conscious of care taking of our energy field.

For some of us have not known the density of matter that you know in your physical body and yet that is what we come to share, so that we may exchange with you, so that you may know yourself as the beautiful energies, the luminous light you are, and that we may know you through matter, through the experience of being on the Earth; that you may fully wake up to the joy you have in choosing this time to incarnate on the Earth, this time of acceleration as the Earth herself transcends, transmuting heavier energies, so that she may throw off the shells of illusion around her for she also wishes to be at one with the Divine Source of Love, knowing herself as the light being she is.

And she has her own memory banks of being so luminous, and now she is activating this, she is dreaming her dream, and you who have chosen to incarnate at this time have chosen to share in dreaming this dream, for it is a dream that you all know deep in your soul, deep in your hearts.   Dreaming a dream of a world without fear, of a world of harmony, experiencing itself as a manifestation of God/Goddess/All That Is.   So know that you have chosen to share this journey with the lovely lady Gaia, you have chosen to share this journey through your Love of her, and chosen to come down at this time to assist.   And you know deep inside yourself that you are responding to the same wake up call, so feel the joy in this journey that you travel together.

We are here, the Emissaries of Oneness. For that is a name that we call ourselves as a group of different beings all with the same Love in our hearts.   With the same knowing that it is for us to be together to assist in whatever way we can to bring this one, Gaia, into full knowing of herself so that she may reach up and touch each one of us and help us recognise ourselves as parts of her.   For the greater truth of it is that we are all one.   And there are times when the healing of karmic ties is completed, a healing and clearing of energies, of the energy field on this Earth plane is completed.   And this work signals the beginning of more far reaching clearing and healing of energies, of touching into parts of the greater self, energies aligned with one's soul, sharing the same soul grouping, so that we all have a knowing of each other.  And that, in the Divine Plan, when we chose to each take our own journeys away from this soul grouping, to live in different dimensions, that we would all unite again together at an appointed time and place, so that we may serve each other in this reunion.   We may be like friends coming together to share again so that all the knowledge of existence, each one with their own experience, may join together and allow the whole to experience a far greater unity, a far greater knowingness of itself with these myriads of expressions in other dimensions.

And it has been the first stage for this one (as channel), to learn to trust and surrender to us, to recognise that we come in Love. And our presence signals a union much longed for by all of us, much awaited as the group energy can synergise together and we can share our experiences, having chosen to live in different energy fields of different star systems. And some of us have chosen never to be incarnate in densities lower than the fifth dimension, and others have chosen to have a full range of flight between the dimensions.   And if we introduce ourselves, I am Zetin Nab, a being who has chosen the energies of Arcturus to further my expression, my beingness of healing.  

I am T’then. I have chosen at times to be the adventurer, to go into the places of conflict and the stellar systems to surrender to missions which have been a challenge and yet now with their healing allows so much more of the chaotic energy in this Universe to know its own Divine nature after denying the existence of the Divine for so long.   And I am speaking about Orion.   There is much at this time to be healed by individuals on the Earth plane who also hold their connections to their Orion selves, to selves who have known existences of darkness and fear, selves that forgot their Divine origins and even selves that knew not of Divine origins.   And for myself I have been there to allow these beings not born of the Divine to experience that spark of Love and light which is at the centre of the universe, to allow them to know so that they may wish to experience this also.

I am Radishula.   I carry the radiant energies of the central sun and the Divine soul.   I am here to be, to allow others to feel their solar selves, their soul and the Divine soul.   I am Aminane, and to your perceptions I would be a whisp of an angelic being for that is how I wish to be.   And yet a whisp in your perceptions may mean an angelic being whose wings nurture and mother many stellar systems embracing them in Love that they may always know their angelic helpers at their sides, at one with them. I am a devic angel, a devic angel who knows all kingdoms and knows the at one-ment within all consciousness of matter.   I am here to give birth to that soaring joy of at-oneness which every consciousness can attain, which every consciousness dreams of.   You are welcome to my joy!

Radishula and Aminane are for the moment best perceived from the greater Pleiadian system. Though they have no homes it is a point of contact for them. And we greet you together, we are Alfrezi and Aachmani.

We are two from the Sirius group of stars and we come to you in the form of a masculine energy as indeed Zetin Nab and T’then are at best perceived this way for now.   Aminane and Radishula are most definitely expressions of the Goddess.   We two have stood side by side in many of our adventures and encounters and we have been on the Earth plane in times when the Earth has been in its fourth and third dimension though we also have had much work to do through Sirius.   Zetin Nab is our appointed commander who commands Love, the one who issued the call to all of us to assemble here.   And there is one other in our group, at best at this moment defined as a future self of Kathleen's.  

For as we weave our stories we will be able to explain a little more of ourselves, our journeys, our intermingling with the Earth in what is called the past of the Earth and the future of the Earth, and explain to you where and how we are and more of what we are for we are the culmination of our experiences, our beingness as expressions of Divine energy.  And yet for those of us who have operated in the more denser realms, we very much have our characters which are developed as much as you develop the ego consciousness to live on your Earth plane.   We will say more of this later.   It is enough for now that we have made our introduction and welcomed you all to us all, that we may know each other in oneness, that you may feel our presence around you for we are fluid energetic beings.   As you read this you may feel us around you and if you do we say it is true, we are here.   Here to assist you in knowing and Loving yourself, that we may all have this point of union, that we may all celebrate this union.   We may realise that our journey into Oneness is the point of Oneness right now.

Greetings to you. This is Zetin Nab with the others you are familiar with, around you in our formation, to hold a space in your energy field to participate and to make up this platform, a platform of Inter-dimensional gateways. And each one of us here is holding particular energy vortexes open by being in this arrangement in your energy field. The six pointed star is a universal symbol, and it holds together so much of this journey into oneness. It is a concentrated form of power with the outward triangles holding intense energy spaces. And it is at the outward angles that we are all today; T’then behind you and myself in front, with Alfresi and Achmeni to your left, Radishula and Amenani to your right side. Your experience on Wednesday evening, during and after the crystal healing session with Sue, allowed you to perceive many different groups of beings, ones known and ones unknown to mankind, though only unknown to mankind in general - all of these are known in some way or other and have been in communication with mankind since the beginning. You were meeting the founders of the human race, those involved with so much love in the development of an ideal species to live on this beautiful planet.

And this healing session allowed these ones the access into the Earth plane, for that is what they desire just now, to be here again, to be present in this physical plane again, not in a physical form but as a communicating link. This is how they desire to be known to you, that they may come through the vortex of energy set in your energy field by the ones you know well now as the Emissaries of Oneness, so that they may correlate, co-ordinate as such, to drop through from their present dimension into this one, and in coming through that they will use your energy field to see, to be. At this stage certainly, they are using many of their transformative techniques to energetically connect through us and your energy field, and so for now it is perhaps more appropriate that you experience them around you and telepathically communicating from us to you, rather than the relationship that we have where we are more in total mergence with your own vibrations - after, as you know, much practise. And it has taken about this year in linear time for myself, Zetin Nab, to stabilise this relationship with you, this energetic relationship, and also the one involving the conscious mind, the building of trust and the allowing of more memories of our journey together at different times and our beingness together.
And so now you are in acceptance of your stellar selves, that in fact there is a you that remembers life on other planets, in other forms. And look now at your discoveries over the past year, of how you can feel strongly the Arcturian connection as you have built trust to myself. And through this connection it has been possible to explore our beingness on this planet, the lovely lady being Gaia. At an earlier stage in your linear time, the Lemurian connection, when there was more oneness as a vibration through the Earth and through all the consciousness involved in form, creating paradise on Earth. There are many reasons for our being in connection with you and these will all take their own time to unfold, the uncovering of many adventures, and indeed throughout it all, this grand plan, this grand awareness of the interconnectedness of all things. (The doorbell rings - there are voices and noises.) We can continue later.

Greetings to you once again. Yes, this is what we are here to share, the interconnectedness between all things, all living beings, all living consciousness, all who are in connection with source. And as each one of you on this Earth plane comes into realisation of your connectedness to the source energies of love and light, of divine beingness, you are fulfilling your part of the grand plan. And we are here to remind you that we made an agreement with you that we come at a time which was set to awaken you, to be your wake-up call, and even before(?) we can whisper in your ear so your conscious mind hears us. We have been working with you, with each and every one of you, and the we that speaks now is the we of all those who are in this role of guidance, of connection, whether we be guides from realms of non-physicality or guides from..... well, we can call it more physical realms even though the realms of physicality that some of us come from are so different from your Earth plane, we still have a form, a form that is adopted for life and inhabitants of other planets. And we very much have a part to play in the wake-up call for those in planet Earth, for we have been the ones who seeded you, seeded the consciousness that you are, as though we were seeding ourselves, with joy.

So in these ways we are semblences of future selves and past selves, we are the ones that came before you here, and the ones that come -now after you, so to speak, to connect with you from different points of dimensional reality, the dimensional reality you have on this Earth plane, and also to talk to you of other dimensional realities.

You have found in the journey of your own healing that as you've been able to clear the issues and the karmic lessons that you came to clear, that you have reached a point of being able to clear fears and doubts, not only held in this time-space dimension, but reaching out to heal other time-space dimensions, and thus you are tapping into your inter-stellar selves, the ones that also need your assistance. And by making this healing so very material and real 'in this Earth plane, it is a further manifestation of the healing that has been done in the different star systems. For it is not only the Earth at this time as a planet that is moving into her light body, there are other planets also on their journey towards source, all in many states of light and matter.

 And yet we know we all share the same journey, that we can connect through memories which are held in what is termed as the old brain, that vast greater part of your human brain which is activated through your soul and through your spirit. And once this activation by soul and spirit has begun, memories and experiences can come to your conscious awareness for healing from many different sectors of the universe, allowing many stellar selves to connect with you. And it is all rather infinite, for this is more true of the nature of things. And in your own journey you have been able to make a connection very much now with the source of power, for you to embrace that source of power in your current life, opening up memories of Orion and your participation there in this star system and in its chosen adventures. For each time you have the courage to go beyond boundaries and limitations with the intent of healing, this very real work can begin
.
And by facing fears which indeed, if we look upon it from our perspective, those fears are ones that you have held with you before incarnation, they are very much in the essence of yourself, in your multi-dimensional energy field. And the chakric system that runs through your physical body on this Earth plane, also connects up to more multi-dimensional chakric systems, for these vortexes of energy, once they are activated and stimulated to serve you in the Earth plane, can bring through the details of what you would need to heal if you are to grow more into your multi-dimensionality, if you are to embrace more of your existence in love. And in doing so this commitment, as it always will, shines light on areas where there is less harmony and where the triggers to even deeper layers of healing lie.

We are here to say that each and every one of you has these connections to stimulate you into your own knowing, so that you might, when you feel the time is right, also activate these memories which allow you to encompass more of your knowingness, further and further and more far reaching in the universe, and to lead you more on this great adventure as you return on your journey home to source, to knowingness of source. You will experience a knowingness of the energies of source in many different places, many different planets, many different realms of non-physicality also. And all will come to you as you open up joyfully and with curiosity to find out more about yourself. And indeed it does assist you in your everyday life on planet Earth, for it can be seen from a larger perspective, from the perspective of a greater whole as if things that used to occupy your mind for you to worry about and feel anxious about disappears to such small insignificance as you realise what it means to live as a multi-dimensional being with a focus on many places at one time. And we say this to trigger you.

Also we say this for we are here to assist each and every one of you in experiencing this connection with your stellar selves. The ones that have been coming to you for years, preparing with you lifetime after lifetime to come into this particular present lifetime, with a knowingness that you can wake up and claim all knowing for your own. For you are activating the wisdom of your true self. And of course it is a story full of stories, chapters of many different incidents, a variety of adventure stories which it only takes you to say yes to allow the assistance to come close to you, for more and more. Like this one here, who is in the process of surrendering more and more of her energies into a knowingness of her greater whole, that now she can allow contact with very many others, all of whom are so happy to establish this contact, to make themselves known, to communicate.

There are the ones from Lyra with their beautiful vibrations, their ethereal essence which they wear as a beacon to others. The masters from Lyra are here to communicate. We relish and enjoy this opportunity for the beauty it does afford us, a beauty which would be difficult to describe in your terms, and yet we find a beauty in this condensation into matter and we find a beauty in regaining ourselves an awareness of existing in this state. And we are here to connect with those who know us, who know our presence, who can recognise our scent, know our fragrance; feel when they walk into a room; a place, a space in nature, that they are walking into a place in existence that brings up a great longing in themselves.

Inexplicable, a longing, as though they are in a space between time, as though they have walked through a doorway and their eyes do not see what is in front of them. it is though, by walking through the doorway, they are in a totally altered state of consciousness and what awakens in them is this great tonging to know more about the place they belong to. And we are here to assist in this. We hope more and more to have access to energy fields which carry our vibrations like this one here, and also this enables us to locate places of being for us now to establish bases on the Earth plane again.

And in some ways this is what has been spoken of as landings, for it is not necessarily through physical spaceships that these landings will occur. These landings, as we have participated in this last week, have come through inter-dimensional connections into this one's energy field and she has been very carefully prepared for this, with her work with crystals and the aid of magnificent crystal healers who have been following instructions, very precise instructions from us. We now have access and as we see it we have landed. Landed to be here, to hold the vibrations, to be in alignment with this one, cosmic conduits of energy, that we may touch into the hearts of others who wish to hear and feel this wake-up call, to re-activate parts of the brain. It is this we and others also who come to perform what is called cellular recoding. This work with DNA restructuring also is happening simultaneously throughout the globe and it is all for this wonderful process of awkening, awakening remembrances, allowing a greater feeling in of each individual of her/his own sense of self. And these things are so simple really. There is nothing that is so technical about it: It only needs the ones like this one to dedicate their time, to serve on their chosen mission as fully as they can. And by dedicating their energies we can make our way here and assist. And even in the earlier stages all who have been continuing with this guiding work, we have been transmitting to each and every one of you who is ready to listen - to listen with one's soul, to listen with a divine spirit. And once even that initial listening has corresponded to our call, we transmit - we transmit the energies that are needed to allow this person to grow in fullness and blossom. And so you see our work really, once the initial steps have been taken, is very easy, for we are working in such a way with energies and the flow of universal energies, with all universal laws. And even the most basic universal law of magnetism assists us greatly for with one being corresponding to our call they will draw to them others who are at that point wishing to follow this being of inspiration. Their soul is drawn to this soul. And as we progress our work, we can more and more be present in an energy field to assist in healing and awakening others. And in turn they will do the same. And so it will spread joyously, like the flames of cosmic and divine knowingness, be ignited, burning brightly and leaping out to reach forth and burn brightly in heart after heart after heart. And nothing can stop this.

Expansion & Contraction

Greetings to you. We are all here - all the ones who have been making contact with you recently. We celebrate the birth into light. And there are many more of these groups of stellar beings who wish to use this opportunity of your surrender to your purpose, of your ever-growing ability to trust, your ever-expanding capacity to hold more light in the Earth plane. And so you can see how your being on the Earth plane attracts so many to come close to you that they may indeed exchange and intermingle with your energies, for your resonance attracts them. The more light that you hold on the Earth plane the more this birth into the great awakening can ignite. There is nothing linear about the electro-magnetivity involved, the energies itself expanding and weaving their patterns. Know and be sure of your magnetism, your attraction, for light beings incarnate and non-incarnate in all forms, also the forms on the Earth plane. You will see much changes in your reality, the changes that you have been desiring, at times frustrated as you feel your magical future self with all the abilities it has to rearrange energy, and yet you here in the density of what is around you.

And still the clearing work that needs to be done, the uncovering of subconscious programmes that you have been working with, all of this is not complete by any means. And yet we say, to encourage you, to always open yourself to joy, even in the times when, after every expansion, you feel the contraction. We admire you for your determination to always open out into the heart space. Your skills in this are developing. Know this and know your healing abilities are expanding as you work ever more from a more expanded heart space, using your light body energies more and more. You will find out there is more sense than you could ever anticipate in the outcome of the things you have been searching for, the rearrangement in your life. It will not be as you planned, for that moment of planning has long gone in the past and you have flowered and blossomed anew a thousand fold. This is why especially at this time plans do not hold fast, for they are static and as light changes, grows, blossoms, flourishes, bears fruit and then sustains and nurtures, that you are well to view plans as temporary momentary mind games to assist you. Though they only will assist in their momentariness, for know that with that growth you will be shedding plans as you are shedding old beliefs. Anything that is static will drop from you. And know also your prayers are answered. There is much energy of renewal about you now, as it is in the Earth, from the ...(?)... of light itself as it renews itself in every expression it can. And so there are greater plans ahead of you. Know we are with you, we can share much with you, that we care and love you as one of us, as one of the whole. That caring extends all boundaries you are accustomed to, immeasurable in its unfoldment, taking you far beyond what you could create yourself. We are finding working with you easier and easier, and it shall be this way, more and more joyful. is evolution of humanity will not feel comfortable at all times. In fact, they may never feel comfortable at all, for in this stage of evolution, it is not about being static, being comfortable with the familiar. These things become the past and it is only living in the present moment, fully aware of your skills, talents, your knowing, your guidance, your love.
More for you and for others there will be the fluctuation between the high states of expansion and contraction into the state of being in resistance to growth. And then in between easily and gently riding these waves to open out more, each time moving further on, becoming more of yourself, and each time on contracting still moving on, for you will never return to the state of your last contraction. Even your restrictions, your resistance, will become so different, so changed, almost as though the operational abilities you have to move and flow between this state and this state and back and forwards, that will be the familiar - the movement, the change. Yet the states of expansion and contraction will always be different in growth(?). It is only the pattern that remains the same, the flow between the two points. The points move themselves as the expanded states flow along their own frequency and also your states of contraction and resistance flow along their own frequency.

And yes, although it seems they run along parallel lines, there is a point where those parallel lines meet in oneness, in total surrender to being, at one. In the contrast of being in the universal mind and the universal heart, the universal soul, other contrasting to the personality mind and the heart and soul, and just as you are joining with universality of all that is and connecting with the universal mind and heart and soul, so when you are dealing with the personality mind and heart and soul, you are also working with yourself, touching into others. This is a common factor between these two. The universal knowing is known by many others and the personality knowing is shared by many others on your planet, all situations clearing the same emotions, the same blockages. The same situations given to triggering you in this lifetime, to release energies pent up and held. So you can be of service to yourself and others in both these states, in both the state on expandedness and in the state of restriction, by always being aware of the growth that indeed is the reality behind the illusion. And you, and others like you, are pioneering in both these states of being, for it is equally valuable to pioneer into the personality ego self as it is to pioneer into the expansion of consciousness. And we wish you to see this value now, to see and to feel the value in all you do, and to honour the value in all you do. For truth and ideals can be held in both these states, and by holding the resonance of truth all the way forward will flow to you the future will come ...(?)... . Holding the resonance of truth at this time on the Earth plane is perhaps more important than before, for most of the clearing work to be done by human individuals requires seeing and feeling of the illusion around them; and truth is the light which allows the illusion to be seen and solved. For ...(?)... how easy all this could become when the barriers of conscious mind are transcended and the conscious mind itself is a sharp, clear tool and not a cumbersome one which requires ever maintaining and working with. See the conscious mind as the window from which your personality selves need to self operate.

Their access to being is through the conscious mind. And the heart is the window for your soul, for your connection to source, to divine love. Your conscious mind would serve you better if its boundaries dissolved in trust so that it too can be the way your soul sees and speaks through you to the world in which you are, in which you do, in which you be. Living your divinity - this is not such a lofty goal, it is one that is within reach of any who desire and it shines truth and love on all things, for in the other realms you are aware of your divinity. You are not separated from the divine love that surrounds you and so if you can see this picture that in fact all of the greater you, your true self, your essence self, and all the stellar selves that are you, all know the divinity which cannot be separated from them. And so to bring it into focus on the Earth plane is not such a large task. Indeed, when you become more consciously aware of all your stellar counterparts and their knowing of their being in this true form, that this very contact can aid you into bringing that divinity into your life on Earth. For imagine this picture of the source of all love and its knowing of itself into the many expressions of creation, all knowing of the divine love of creation, all the way down to this little self on the Earth plane which at times feels it is not in connection to source. It is not in knowing of its divinity and all aspects of greater self are here to shine this through to you so that you may shine it on the Earth plane. You may live your divinity and hold the resonance on the Earth plane. This can allow so many changes. We say to you, it is easier and easier daily as you open up to your full potential, or even to glimpses of that potential. And we feel this desire you hold in your heart, to carry the resonance of divinity where you are. We smile and resonate with you, forever feeding you energy, the energy of our love, the energy of our healing, the energy of our being. We thank you for your commitment and say farewell until our next connection. May we bow down in honour and smile in joy with you, through our love.

This is Kathleen at Bogskeathy the 3rd March '96.

Greetings to you. We're ones who hold what can be known as the Godhead energies, from a sun so bright and so far away, it is not known to you, or indeed as a source itself expressed itself. We are the ones that hold the vibration of the great protectors, of the great potential, of all that is known in the pure sense of what you would call the masculine of energies. And there is a corresponding sun, also close to the source of the universe, which holds the energies and embodies the visions, the creation, of the goddess energy.

We are here to communicate that indeed this is a resource open to all of you now, an element of your essence, to awaken within you vibrations in every cell of your multidimensional being that knows this truth, that knows of the great protectors, of the great providers. And we can be regarded as a race of beings who hold this as our true selves.

And within our race of beings, our species if you can call it that, we do have counterparts which allows our fulfilment in oneness. Yet even what you would call the feminine of this race holds true to the protectors, the providers.

We are beings created as the source itself found its expression in the polarities, and we have seeded many other races, and as you would understand the terms of breeding, of mixing and merging with other creations of source, always to bring the qualities that we resonate, to bring our gifts of resonance, of action, of the Godhead. And through this latticework of our merging with other creations of source, we also find a fulfilment of our beings. And you may find your access to us through your own individual resonance of provider, of potential of being. And yet we as a race or a species hold this in all of our being. Our star, our planet, would be seen from afar as fiery and perceived as hot. It may be deemed by those far away as not being capable of sustaining life, for our life is not your life. We are the fire in every flame, we are the sparks which ignite, and you may be more familiar with us in our dilutions. And we may have been more attainable to you in your knowing of our presence through even the tiniest of the resonance's which we hold throughout all of creation. Yet we speak from our source. We have always been adventurers. We are just tuning this individual to allow more pathways to be set for future communication. It is time for all of us who speak from source to be present on Earth again, as it has only been seeds of our seeds that have been here before. We exist more purely in the form of fire in the Earth's crust, as in the fire of every star, and we are not so tangible as to have form as you know; we are the indefinable becoming defined. We have known ourselves in this form since our creation.

We are not cyclical as many other species and races, yet we are born again and again and again. We are born and transform and transmute and exist and exist, and are known for what we are. So we would be difficult to name, to quantify, to qualify. We just are. And we are infused with the life of source knowing, to awaken this within you, and within all of our stellar brothers and sisters. And the sharing is indeed like a galactic conference held now in the Earth plane, and held many times before in other dimensions, in many other spheres of resonance, and we extend our welcome to you.

The Collective Consciousness of Humanity

Greetings to you. This is Ewishwa. We have much to say to you and your fellow beings on the Earth plane just now about riding the waves of light that are coming in to the Earth, stronger and stronger.   As more light workers throughout the planet are opening up to these frequencies that are now available, the light that has been coming in is stabilising and this will greatly assist in stabilising the energy to hold the next wave of light.   So we urge each and every one of you through your meditations to be aware that you can open up your energy field to be a conductor for this light.   And this light will serve you, for the light will come in and make the changes that are necessary.   This light is light of your soul, light of your greater being and the light of the Universe in its state of change, and it will assist you in clearing your emotional body, your mental body and your spiritual bodies.   In this clearing work there will be periods of uncomfortability as the things that do not serve you now need to be let go of, as the entire dynamics of your lives need to change in response to this light.

So as well as serving you personally when you are clear conductors of this light, you will be allowing it into your energy field and we ask you to connect with the Earth, to be conscious of opening up your energy field at the bottom to connect into the Earth's energy field - to send this light that passes through you down deep into the Earth.   This will stabilise the light, this will give the Earth, this lovely lady being Gaia, the energy that she needs in her process of ascension into her light body.  The more light that is brought in and ground into the Earth, the more ease there will be when the changes globally take place. For the Earth will be clearing her emotional body too and you are all part of this process, you are all interconnected, and the Earth will react as a being just as each one of you may, with the spewing forth of anger, flowing of the red hot juices from inside the Earth, which will come, and the changing of the seas and the oceans and even the pathways of rivers.   The land will become different shapes.   And this will happen gradually.   We do not say this to activate any of your fears.   We say this to encourage you, that each one of you has a part to play.   And by being aware of your capacity to draw in light and to hold light in the Earth plane, you indeed will be serving well.   And to gather together in groups, with those who are the teachers to assist in this work, for the energy of a group allows much opportunity for far more light to be ground in and held than each of the individuals on their own.   And these waves of light that are coming to the Earth plane are waves, there are peaks and troughs, so learn to ride these peaks and troughs and the journeys in between by being responsive and flexible in your lives, by not expecting high energy to be with you all the time.   By keeping as stable as you can, by holding your trust in your heart, by consciously knowing the part that you play.   And the more you bring to the conscious mind, the more you will understand.

And this will also increase stability for with light and understanding more fears are dissolved.   We see many banks of fear held by particular peoples throughout the Earth and these banks of fear need to be released.   They need to be recognised first of all, they need the calling of light and assistance from the many that are here to guide you, for each one of you has your personal guides who have guides who have guides, and it is time to call in these bonds, these relationships, these friendships with your counsellors, your soul mates.   Your guides will always be of the same soul grouping as yourself to enable you that contact with your soul that you may all carry out your life's purpose.   And it will be very easy for many to access their life's purpose now.   They need only ask.   It is not a process of searching at this time.   For those that are ready, it is to ask and receive the guidance so they may look at their lives and find the experience that they have been gathering in preparation for stepping consciously into the mission that their soul came to this Earth to do, to be.   It's the larger family network that you need to be in knowing of just now, the larger family network of your soul group. 

Again, this will give you encouragement and stability and joy- to throwaway the illusion that you are alone in your work, and to throw away with that all the 'why me?' and 'poor me' and any resonances affecting you that remain within each of you.   We cannot stress how much you can change and pave the way for others when you do this work for yourself, for each one of you is connected to the bank of human consciousness and by facing your own fears you are facing the fears of others that is held collectively.   By bringing light into your own fears you are dissolving them and then collectively dissolving the fears of others in that bank of human consciousness.   And as different individuals work with their own fears from all the roots that they have as access to them, the banks of fears in human consciousness will dissolve and in place of these banks of fear we see a reservoir of Love available to all of you to tap into, that you may feel the nurturance and connection and oneness with all.

We say to you now it is time to take on your roles as healers and teachers, map makers and way showers, the pioneers.  And you can do this in this life time.   It is not unfamiliar work to you in as much as your life's experiences in this lifetime have been preparing you for your soul's purpose.   You have Universal experience open to you, which has been preparing you for what you have chosen to do on the Earth plane.   For those who feel the call to heal and to teach, this is not the first time that you are taking on this role.   You have access to memories of being healers and teachers in many different realities, many different dimensions.   And so if you feel cautious or afraid of your ego when faced with these situations which call upon you to be a healer and a teacher, align your heart with the heart of the Divine, surrender your will to the will of the Divine, and commit yourself to serving your soul purpose.

By daily making these affirmations and statements about who you are, even though you will not be in conscious knowing of who you are when you begin, it allows the way to unfold in front of you and it allows the opportunities to be given to you so that you may consciously integrate this information.   It is time, without doubt, to step into your greater being and all that that entails.   All that that requires of you is to have the confidence to speak your truth, to be in knowing of your truth.   As each person does this light will shine, the myriads of truth will shine out to others so that by example they will have the courage and strength to do the same, following your path, your example.   And this is how it will all spread.   This is how the changes will take place.   You need not be shy or modest about your truths - you have not come here to do this. You can make the changes in your very being and that will affect others.   It need not even be verbal truth that you utter.

You may just be in the resonance of truth and that will change others and allow them to change others, and allow them to change others.   We are all here together to work in this way, to open up the networks that we may pool our energy and resources, it is all to be shared, humanity has never been alone.   That truth must be heard now.   Humanity is part of the brotherhood and sisterhood of the Universe, cared for and Loved as brothers and sisters, valued and aided, helped in times of need.   And to the ones we speak to now, just imagine for a moment that although you are feeling you are in the situation of needing the assistance right now, that at other times in other dimensions, in other realities you have been the assisters and helpers, you have been as we are, here to guide.   You have been the ones that on another planet in another time, you have been assisting that race of natives to evolve because you care for them, because you feel for them, because your Love for their planet is great.   Because your Love for these beings with their courage is great, because you know them, because they are your friends and you have been together, and yet now your friend has chosen an incarnation on this planet and you have agreed to guide and assist, to heal and to teach so that your friend who is down there may open up to their roles. And we work in pairs and we work in teams to do this, that there are counsellors available to all of you.   In another reality you are the counsellor with all your experience and knowledge and wisdom, and you share this to the native of that planet.   So ponder on this for a while and imagine.

And let your imaginations open the truth for you that this kind of evolution that is happening on the Earth is happening on many other planets and stars right now.   That the greater you is there assisting, with the Love, the unconditional Love, that we have for you.   So imagine that you are the guide of another, a twin, a soul mate, a friend, whom you've bonded with and whom this time around has chosen an incarnation, and you are the one with the resources of energy to be there for them as they come into remembrance of who they are.   And you are always there.   And when they falter or stop or are discouraged or are depressed, you do not abandon them, you do not stay away from them until they are ready.

You are always there right by their side.   Always.   For that is how you can be there in your Love, that is the arrangement you have made with this other one.   And to give them any sign that you can, to break through the illusions of separateness.   And imagine that when they do falter you desire to be there more for them, but you can hold no impatience for your Love is too great.   And the nature of the Love is Universal Love which flows through you endlessly.   So in times of their need you desire to be there more especially when they appear to be stumbling about looking for clues!

You do not wish to just lay one clue and then another and leave until they find their path again, until they are standing there ready with outstretched arms saying ”Guide me, I call you into my life.”   At the very times when they are wrapped up in illusion and are stumbling around in unknowingness, that is when you desire to be there more, so you lay the clues which they feel sometimes are far apart.  All the way there is Love and joy when your friend calls you and you answer, and the gratitude that you feel for being able to assist.   And as the gratitude is felt by the one who is helping you, it expands and multiplies for as gratitude is given to you for your guiding role, you feel more gratitude for fulfilling that role.   They feel joy for being in a greater state of knowing, you also feel joy with them.

And again, it multiplies.  And as they develop trust and they discard their fears of you, your Love flows and flows.   So you can see we are trying to explain to you how it is for us.   And for all of you who feel your guides are apart from you, we ask you to imagine changing places.

And you will find much humour in doing this!   Imagine that you are the one that has been guiding you throughout your life as you have followed many avenues, expressed many emotions, written many contracts and served them with others, perhaps been led through experiences that have taken you completely to what appears like a blind alleyway to which you've hurtled with full force and with full energy and then had to stop and retrace your steps because it didn't go anywhere, did it?  

It didn't lead to where you were looking for.   So forgive yourself for many false avenues of hope that you have seeded and then followed, for it is all experience that is valuable.   And if you can accept and then forgive yourself, you will be releasing the hard conclusions that you have come to when found that you have had nowhere to go, that it is a dead end, that all your hopes and dreams are shattered.

You can gather the energy from these dreams and take the dreams with you now and leave the illusory remains behind for it does not serve you to pick up all the pieces and carry them with you, burdening yourself as perhaps after two or three false avenues of hope you're carrying the pieces of each in bags on your back.   Just drop them now, and take with you the energy of the dream, for that will serve you now, the impulse.   And what you have taught yourself.   These will be valuable for you in your present now. Every single thing which you have achieved or experienced in your life can assist you now.   That is your choice.   It can either assist you or burden you.  And what feels more comfortable to you now?   With the burdens that you carry on your back and the pieces that you have inside these sacks, have you anger to release, rage, before moving on and leaving them?

 Just ask yourself, can you recall a lot of your own energy which you are carrying around in your auric field, sacks of negative emotion?   Would that volume of negative emotion not serve you better now if you could transform it, if you could take your guidance and your courage and open those sacks again, face the situations openly without judging yourself?   By carrying around you a mantle of forgiveness and a hood of acceptance, so that whatever you find in those sacks you are there to transform, to let it all out of the bag, any secrets that you have held perhaps of behaviour that you know is not to your integrity, the situations where you acted not from your integrity but from other motives, and these you hold as secrets, however big, however small.   You can choose whether to continue to carry them around with you or whether you wish to transform them.

And again we put to you now the picture of your personal transformation and how that affects the banks of human consciousness.   As the secrets and burdens are unloaded from this, as all the deeds and doings of violence and abuse are faced without judgement, with forgiveness and acceptance, and by calling in the assistance of your guides and the masters which work with you, they can be transformed. And the transformation of this energy will make a tremendous difference to the collective consciousness of humanity.   For the energy stored here also is great and it can be transformed into an energy of propulsion and motivation for you to find that true self.   When we do any work with energy, light or dark, we need to integrate, and the integration of light energies involves facing fears which are the dark.   And the integration of the dark energies involves the releasing of all that stands in our way, the secrets of our darker selves, that we may know them, that we may share them with ourselves and release the energy held here.

And all involves the integration of self, integration of energy, and all involves the clearing of one's personal energy and the energy banks of human consciousness. For your own personal consciousness is always tapped into the consciousness of humanity.   It cannot be separated.   And each energy affects the other.   So take courage and ask for your sword of truth and bathe in this light of courage, go inside yourself, be fearless, be in Love, be in Love with yourself and do all this work for yourself, with yourself, in Love. Our Love is always with you.   May your Love be always with you.   Always.

TIME AND SPACE TRAVEL

This is Kathleen at Rhynie on 7th April 1996

Greetings to you. This is Zenith Nab and the team which we call the Emissaries of Oneness.

There are of course many members to this team, for in effect we are all working towards oneness. So this name is one which we use for ourselves and we say this just to let it be known that we are not the only Emissaries of Oneness. We would like to take you tonight on a journey out into the stars, so that you may reconnect with us. Allow yourself to relax and to feel the flow of our energies around you, to feel that, as all of us are present, that this is your safe space for now.

That it always is whenever you call on us. And feel now as though you are sitting in a very comfy armchair, secure and content, aligning your will with the divine will, with your heart open to allowing in the energies of our love and the love which connects and binds you deeply into source. For this truly is a connection, to know, to feel.

And we wish to explain more this evening of your essence, your essence self. So feel as though your physical body is left comfortable, and take your awareness up and out so that you are now looking down on the self that is sitting here. And join with us now, with the parts of ourselves that are representative here, embracing the energies which each one of us brings to you, and see as though we have connected a time travel tube, a space travel tube, into the energy field which you hold in the physical, feel your awareness of this growing as you sense its presence, and in an energetic form as it were, take us by the hand. T’then will stay as guardian here at this end, along with Aachmene and Amenane. Alfreze, myself and Radishula come with you and join with you now as we go and position ourselves at the entrance to this space and time travel tube. (And you are aware that this is the same one whose presence you felt when you were in Edinburgh).

To come with us now, journey up and through easily. As we come to the first gateway and you find it is triangular in shape, and as you prepare to walk through with ourselves, we are entering a pyramid and it is beginning to spin. Joined now by another inverted pyramid and you find yourself in a double tetrahedron, spinning gently at first. And let it spin faster now, faster and faster, and as it spins you feel as though layers of yourself are spinning off, selves which do not need to travel with you. They will be held safe here for your mergence on your return and re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere. Let it spin faster knowing that the you that is at the centre of your being here is an essence self. And when the spinning slows down and stops, know that as you walk out of here now you are in purer, higher form. We continue now our travel through one of these tubes, snaking its way, winding with speed. We travel now to connect into the energies of Sirius and as we all land here with our consciousness, we use this as a stopping off place to go further afield. And as you enter the space which is like a great, vast hall of light with many tunnels leading off, let us take the one which leads towards Arcturus.

And once you have located this one ...(long pause)... And we journey now until we approach another pyramidal shape with a being inside, a pyramid of star consciousness, to connect with that being. And it is one of the keepers of time. We are here to guide you and experience this for ourselves and yourself together, as we stand and locate an appropriate present moment to enter into the Arcturus system, so that we may co-ordinate points ...(long pause)... Now let it all wash over you as you absorb the energies needed here. Recognise for now that it is important for you to put your trust and commitment into this work we do together. And let us now step along this journey, speedily as we go ...(long pause)...

We feel that most of this work for now has to be done on a level not for the conscious mind. But to prepare the way and to take you this far means that you're able to sense where you are going and to deepen that connection to your essence self. So experience that for now. And know that you are in a gathering place of many of your counsellors who work with you at this moment, that more will be revealed to you at a later date. So let us guide you back, saying farewell to those who have been working with you, transmitting energy to you for you to receive, and lets wind our way back through the tunnels, past the time keeper, past Sirius, through and coming now down into the Earth plane, allowing other energetic fragments known as your Earth energies, the energetic goings on which are here for your growth, involving issues to deal with, your potential. You're bringing back with you a very different element of essence self and soul, bringing that now into your life. So feel yourself now re-entering this energy field here, and becoming aware of its components, and back into the physical body.

We thank you for this attention, for this time together, to allow us to do more work with you. And we do ask you to keep this contact as regular as you can, to allow us to develop this. So we say farewell for now. And just bring yourself back fully into your body, gently re-assembling, and open your eyes when you wish, to feel very fully present and in the room.

GREATER JOY AND FREEDOM

Greetings to you, on this 31st of March 1996. We speak as the Emissaries of Oneness and are delighted to see your heart open more now so that you may resonate with miracles in your life. For you have undergone so many changes recently, restructuring necessary because you let fall away the structures that bound you and tied you to the past, and you are in deed ready for the changes of operating from the present and the future. We encourage you to resonate with miracles, to activate that success which is yours, for it is truly yours.

And you know the ingredients which will serve you in making it true; the commitment of faith and trusting that commitment and trusting that faith. We love you dearly and it is for you to know that there are no disasters in your life about to occur for you can indeed, with all the assistance available, not have any disasters. And we mean the shop and its apparent crisis financially. Just watch these miracles unfold and the change that can be brought in your life this year. The letting go of inward bonding to past and outward bonding to past, to allow you to have more freedom in your present, so you can imagine that if there is anything in your life that has that bonding, that binding to the past, that it will go. And so there will be uncomfortable times but know that it is all part of the plan of the road to freedom, freedom of being. And you will feel the restraints taken off of you, but first you will become acutely aware of the restraints before they are removed. And of course you will be in the removal - it is not for us to take things away from you that in fact are yours to take away. And the same, we would also say; with the replacing of abundance and joy and love in your life - that it is not ours to give, it is yours to give yourself. And we can assist you in this, for we act as your resources in this one, we act as your greater potential. And we remind you of this today, so that you may see this in a different way, so that you may perceive even the situations in your life right now that are being feeling uncomfortable to you. So know that this is what is underlying your uncomfortability. That there needs to be the restraints, constrictions removed, that you need to be aware of them to remove them.

And indeed you are on your route to greater joy and greater freedom. So we say this with love, knowing we are here to assist you. And we will connect later for there is much work to do in our sessions together. With love. The Emissaries of Oneness.

Greetings to you. This is Zetin Nab and the Emissaries of Oneness. We smile and laugh with you, that you may hear our laughter, our resonance of joy, that you are becoming ...(?)...and indeed you intuit right that there is birth, birth on many dimensions, awaiting you. Birth into a life of beauty, of clarity and vision, where your faith will be rewarded as you have held faith throughout your deepest fears. And now that you are standing as though on an equinox itself, a dividing line between worlds, as a world of the future and of the you that is, the true you, coming into birth. And all your life to this time has been preparing you, leading you up to this pinpoint of existence, this moment incarnate, in which all of the paths of past present and future cross. You are here now. You are ready to embrace the energies and potential of the you that knows more fully and can touch other people more fully as you bring into place parts of you of greater knowing that hold great wisdom to share by being present. And that this for you now, this is the birth, the birth of operating your greatest potential in the now. And you will have the life situations which seem external to you, and some of them will seem more external to you as this greater part is in play. And it is for you to choose and hold firm to your commitment, to your true self, to be open to receive the gifts you have given others. It is a time of receiving. It is a time of standing, being open to that flow, magnetising that flow to you by just being. But truly we see you cannot fail now to do this.

You cannot fail to do this for you are already doing it. And that it is only the shells and thin, thin veils of illusion that are dispersing now around you. And no matter what your external reality says to you, you can choose your focus of love and joy, and that this will mean most to others as well as yourself, bringing your Godliness into all. And with fearless expectancy. As we said earlier to you, this is the resonance to hold, even in the situations which bring fears, which will seem hollow to you also. For it will be easier to see the illusion of your fears, to not underestimate the preparation that you have undergone, the extent of your healing. And yes, know that you can always be participating in more healing for yourself, bringing more energy in. Yet we say to you, you are in your central alignment which attracts the power of source to resonate with the power which you have accepted as yourself. And be fearless with your own power, have the courage to use it in all situations, remembering who you are. The ‘you’ you have discovered with so many sources, resources, of light and wisdom, love and power, and bring it all into play - the power of creation, of manifestation, with fearlessness. The gift of vision is one which will come your way - we bestow it on you - though not without the preparation which is needed, for your sight will be like none other. It will have an electric edge to it, of truth beyond illusion similar to your experiences with the ones who join you from other dimensions, the other space beings and stellar selves who have come into your life. Today has held opportunities for dream weaving, exploring the flow.
As you can feel now, we are working with you in your energy field to change and to improve our communication. When the time is appropriate we will be able to make ourselves more real to you through other senses, though it has been appropriate, until now, to develop this deep trust and knowing that you have of our guidance and presence, which will always take you far beyond any concerns of your personality selves, so that at any moment we are here through you, working with other people, allowing much to happen on an energetic level. The Arcturians that can pass through your energy field now - there are many, not just myself - and though myself, Zetin Nab, is here as a guide even to them as I am to you, this allows much communication to go on in the healing sessions where it is appropriate. And in group sessions, again where appropriate, we can touch and affect and fine tune resonance's in others through your energy field. What we have set up in our work with you over the last few months has allowed us access in a way we've not known before, to be present in the Earth plane.

And this will not always be this way, for it will be possible for us to hold more of our own sense of being here in a more separate form than the one we express when channelling through you. It is almost as though some of us who have come through from the various groups of stellar beings require more what you may know of as a physical presence to be here on the Earth plane. And yet our opportunity comes most from this connection with yourself, to begin to venture into this dimension again. It may be appropriate for some of us to be here in a form which you could greet and know as separate from your own, and were fully felt as separate, not in this usual channelling way. And this will! happen when we see the time is right. Though it is not just time we are talking about, it is whole energetic structures and universal laws which come into play and come into being with the shift of dimensions. And of course we are under our instructions from those that guide and monitor our progress, and from indeed all the heavenly aspects of God/Goddess/All That Is. The project of our being more physical on the Earth plane has begun, and is there is an underway(?), and we shall notify you of its progress. And the different groups of stellar beings who have communicated through you to date, and the others who await this communication, come through you to connect with energetic counterparts in the form of the crystalline beings in your team of spheres. And there are more to join you.
